Todays Plan

I am on a diet, well not a diet lets call it healthy eating, i am having upto 1600 calories a day and hope to lose 1.5stone, I have been doing this now for 5 weeks and have lost 6lbs, some weeks i stayed the same, and 1 week i gained 1.5lbs..  It think the gain was water retention but all the same, i was not happy with it. 

So food for today was

Breakfast

Toasted bagel with spread & jam and fruit - 481 Calories

1 plain bagel
2 tsp of reduced fat olive spread
2 tsp of reduced sugar jam or marmalade
1 orange
1 tbs of pumpkin seeds
1 serving of low fat natural yoghurt 125g

Lunch

Bagel with cream cheese & smoked salmon - 401 Calories

1 plain bagel
2 1/4 tbs of low fat cream cheese
3ozs of smoked salmon
1 handful of rocket
